Truly my happy place. Every visit is a reminder of why this is my favorite spot, the staff are always kind, the service is top-notch, and the drinks and treats never disappoint. The cookie butter cookie is hands down the best and never fails to put a smile on my face. Grateful for this little place and how close it is to home! Love love!

We love twisted sugar! Their cookies are superior to all other cookie places. The only downside with this location is the speaker system. I have to repeat myself multiple times when ordering in drive through.

The drive thru here is always so slow but today was the last straw for me. There was one car ahead of me in the drive thru and it took 14 minutes to get our order of two drinks and one cookie. I know it was 14 minutes because I was thinking we had time to stop through there and then we ended up being late for an appointment so I kept noticing the clock. And I think I only got served finally because I started yelling “hellllooooo?” through the drive thru window. The guy who came to the window seemed annoyed and told me they had 15 people inside. So neglect the drive thru completely then???? To top it off, there was a hair on the cookie and one drink was almost completely ice. The staff here clearly needs more training.
